Work of Art

In the beginning there were two amazing painters. . .
One knew where he wanted to paint, he knew how to mix the colors and he knew exactly what he wanted to paint. . .
While the other was having a hard time coming up with an idea. . . .
Until the inspiration came, why not improve upon another work of art. . .
HERSELF!

Moving, It's Official

To explain, Quinntin applied for a job at Deseret Industries in Cedar City two months ago and as of yesterday it's now official. We are moving to Cedar City ASAP. Quinntin has been asked to start work on the 30th of this month. Yea it's a little soon but we have been thinking about this for awhile. In fact we found a house down south that we really like and it's definitely in the price range. Now our big problem is trying to sell our house. (Fun huh!?) I know this is a surprise to most but we didn't want to share until we knew it was a sure thing. Also we didn't think they would take so long to get back with the decision. Now Cedar is eager to get Quinntin working and we are eager to take on this new adventure.

Little Reader

Parker may not know the words but he loves to read. Every night we read a story and Parker insists that he needs the book to help him fall alseep. Here's what usually happens.

I have a flash of him 5 years from now with the blanket over his head and a flashlight on trying to get a few more pages read before we catch him.

Happy Feet & Wet Fun

The other day the movie Happy Feet was on the TV and we got an unexpected surprise, Parker LOVES it when the little penguin dances. So here's a little clip for you to enjoy.

Also it was a warm evening yesterday and we got a little wet, I wasn't ready to break out the swim gear so I let myself watch them get everything wet.

Kora is a "little" afraid of large puddles, baths, and pools so she had to have a little water on the side. Parker was such a helper giving sister a refill whenever she needed it.

Cute Cousins at the Zoo

(Disclaimer: There are a lot of pictures posted because I couldn't pick just a few)

Hogle Zoo

Parker his Nana, Cambrie and her Nana got to go to the Zoo last Thursday and I can't believe how cute the pictures turned out. Part of me wishes these two could play every day just so I could see their reactions with each other. I just keep thinking "One day. . . " Until then enjoy these pictures.

Here are just a few of the fun pictures of actions and excitement.
I wasn't there but you can imagine

Look, he's such a gentleman, helping Cambrie down the stairs.

Parker's favorite thing at the Zoo, the Carousel.

Don't you just love this one?!
(Thanks Annette for the cute daughter that made these cute pictures even better.)

Showing Off

After watching the "Wild World of Nature" directed by Parker's Cousin Sammy on her families blog, Parker wanted to make a movie too.

Although not as creative it's still cute.

(P.S. Parker is only 2 years old, and Yes, Kora had to be in the picture too.)
