Reynolds Family Trip

WOW!! You know I was a little hesitant taking two children under the age of 2 across the country for an entire week but I was the best vacation ever!! Before we got to Florida we had a short layover in New York City. Parker and Kora were quite the travelers. They entertained themselves well in the busy JFK terminal.

SEA WORLD Orlando

We started our vacation at Sea World, Parker loved all the "fish" he couldn't get enough of all the creatures we saw. Unfortunately we didn't get to finish the day in Sea World because of the tropical down pour that decided to send us home. We saw everything thing we wanted to except the great Shamu.

We made the best of the day with a stop at Downtown Disney to check out the Lego store.

We then spent the next three days at the Magic Kingdom, and boy were Kora and Parker the stars. Everywhere we went people stopped us to smile at Kora or ask Parker about his cast. The Characters were amazing and the Cast Members (workers) were so sweet.

The ladies of Main Street were enthralled by Kora's smile they wanted to stay and take more and more pictures.

Parker loved Mickey and Minnie's house with all the big objects and fun places to explore.

We stayed for the "Not So Scary Halloween Party" we went as Peter Pan, Tinker Bell, A Lost Boy and Wendy. Once again Parker and Kora stole the show. We had people asking us where to buy Kora's costume and if they could take a picture of Parker. (thanks Mom for the amazing handmade costumes!!!)

Wednesday was at Animal Kingdom. Quinntin and I decided this is the best place to find short lines for character pictures. We got all the main characters here and saw some amazing animals. The Safari was so cool, you get right up close to the animals and they sometimes get in the way.

We started our day at MGM Hollywood with a Play and Dine at Hollywood and Vine Resturant. Parker grooved with the characters of Jo Jo's Circus and Little Einsteins. He was so much fun to watch. Kora even got into the mix.

MGM was more for Quinntin and I with all the roller coasters and shows.

Parker did get his own personal Flight Check at Star Tours. He is too short for the bumpy ride but because they were a litte slow in the evening Parker got to take his whole family on the ride (minus the motion) he was so excited to watch the robot and loved to whole experience. It was AWESOME!!

We ALL needed a little break on Friday so we took a road trip to Clearwater Beach near Tampa. We learned that Parker would live in the water if we let him and Kora loves the taste of sand. The beach was full of the softest sand, we found a few small seashells and loved the sea food dinner on the coast. It was nice and relaxing.

Our final day was to visit all the places in Magic Kingdon that we missed the first day. Kora met princesses and we saw the amazing light show. It was a great end to a great family trip.

The Most Adorable Children Ever

It's offical, (no I'm not bias) I have the most adorable kids ever. We went to Kiddie Kandids yesterday for Parker's 2 year old picture and Kora's 6 month picture and WOW. They were so patient and so good with the kids I love them. I would suggest them to anyone who wants a good kids picture. But I can't believe how great they turned out this time. I had to show them off.

Here is the final and most sweet picture ever.
It looks like they'll like each other forever huh?! (If that were only true)

Dinosaur Museum

On Labor day we decided that we all needed to get out and because it was raining we chose the Dinosaurs. Parker was a little wary at first, her wasn't really sure if it was okay to touch anything. By the time we were finished he was touching everything. He had a blast in all the hands-on exhibits.

We saw gigantic bones and beautiful animal paintings.

Parker also got to dig up some bones with brushes, and check out his own version of erosion. Even with one hand he was exploring everything.

Parker's Green Arm

So it's offical, Parker broke his wrist after falling feet first out of the Explorer. The doctors said not to worry about the growth plate but they'll check again in Four weeks. Yes, FOUR weeks that means Parker gets to have his cast during his 2nd birthday and our week long vacation in Walt Disney World. WE decided on green to match his Peter Pan Halloween costume for the "Not So Scary Halloween Party" in Disneyworld. He's a trooper though, the cast doesn't slow him down at all.
